At Jesper Office, we stand behind the quality of our productsand are proud to offer a limited
worldwide warranty on our home office and entertainment collections.

Danish Modern 50, Highland 75, 1000, 2000, 3000, 4000, 7000* & 9000

These home office and entertainment furniture collections are guaranteed to be free of defects in wood, glass, workmanship and construction under normal use for a period of 10 years from the date of purchase.

100, 500 & 900

These home office furniture collections are guaranteed to be free of defects in wood, glass, workmanship and construction under normal use for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase.

Jesper Chairs

Our chairs are warranted for 2 years from date of purchase.

Additional Details

Jesper Office does not warrant matching of color, grain or texture of wood. Natural color variations are a part of the beauty of real wood and are not considered defects.

This warranty does not apply to damage arising during transit or caused by accidents, negligence, abuse or alteration. The Jesper Office Warranty is invalid when Jesper Office products are using in conjunction with any components not manufactured or sold by Jesper Office.

In the event that a defect is found, Jesper Office will either repair or replace the item.

The consumer who made the original furniture purchase must report the claim to an authorized Jesper Office Dealer. Repair or replacement under this warranty is at the manufacturer’s resolve.

Any claim should be presented to an authorized Jesper Office Dealer, along with dated proof of purchase. The dealer will contact Jesper Office who will repair or replace the item as soon as possible. For products manufactured after January 1, 2009, a photo of the quality control sticker adhered to the furniture must also be submitted with claim. Placement of these stickers is usually located under the desk top, on top of the hutches and on the back of the bookcase.
