This warranty applies to the 900, 3000, 4000 and 5000 office furniture
collections manufactured by Jesper Office.Our furniture is guaranteed to be
free of defects in wood, glass, workmanship and construction under normal use
for a period of 10 years from the date of purchase.
Jesper PlusOne is guaranteed under the same conditions for a period of 5 years,
and Jesper 7000 desk components are warranted for 1 year from the date of purchase.

Jesper does not warrant matching of color, grain or texture of wood.
Natural color variations are a part of the beauty and quality of real wood and are not considered defects.

This warranty does not apply to damage arising during transit or caused by accidents, negligence, abuse or alteration.
The Jesper Office Warranty is invalid, when Jesper Office products are used in conjunction with any components not manufactured or sold by Jesper Office.
In the event that a defect is found, Jesper Office will either repair or replace the item, provided that the consumer, who made the original furniture purchase from an authorized Jesper Office Dealer, reports the claim.
Repair or replacement under this warranty is at the manufacturers resolve.

Any claim should be presented to an authorized Jesper Office Dealer, along with dated proof of purchase.
The dealer will contact Jesper Office who will repair or replace the item as soon as possible.
